A user becomes locked out or needs recovery action to access 1password. This process requires the user to have access to corporate email and an admin to complete the process.
Note: After this process, it is recommend the end user save their secret keys to be able to self-reset their password.
1. Log into the GUI at 1password.com
2. Once logged in select [People]
and input the name under Search People
3. Select the name of the user and choose [Begin Recovery]
4. A recovery email will be sent to the end user. Note: The admin must complete the recovery to complete this.
5. Complete the Recovery
6. Check with the end user to confirm the recovery was complete
